To ensure you have an amazing experience, we operate exclusively by appointment and can comfortably accommodate the bride plus a maximum of four guests. 

 

Our diary is open for appointments on weekdays (except Tuesdays) from 10:00 to 18:00, and from 09:00 to 17:00 on the weekends.

Securing Your Appointment 

Initial bridal consultations are secured with a £20 booking fee. This reserves your private suite and the dedicated expertise of our team. This fee is refundable with at least 48 hours' notice.

 

Comfort and Accessibility

Our historic boutique is a beautiful three-story building on the Chester Rows. This means our suites are accessed by winding stairs and we do not have a lift.

 If you or your guests have mobility limitations, please let us know before you book.  We may be able to host your magic moment in our nearby sister store (The One Bridal Outlet), which offers level-access to ensure your visit is as effortless as possible for everyone.

The Classic Experience is our definitive bridal appointment and the perfect starting point for every bride. Whether you are just beginning to explore silhouettes or you are ready to find "the one," this is a collaborative journey designed to bring your vision to life. You will spend ninety minutes in a creative partnership with your stylist, beginning with a warm consultation before selecting gowns from our showroom to explore in your private fitting suite.

 

We will make sure you and your bridal party are well looked after throughout with a complimentary drink and our friendly, attentive service. Initial bridal consultations are secured with a £20 booking fee, reserving your private suite and the dedicated expertise of our team.

A private fitting suite for you and up to 4 guests

 

Choosing your wedding gown is a significant moment, and we want you to feel entirely confident in your choice. This complimentary sixty-minute appointment is offered once per bride, designed specifically for those who need to step back into their top two or three favorites (or a stylist’s wildcard!) one last time.

An hour is the perfect window to explore styling options and finishing touches to help you feel 100% certain before enjoying that final "Yes" moment! We will make sure you and your bridal party are well looked after throughout with a complimentary drink and our friendly, attentive service.

 

Please note: This appointment is a focused follow-up. For your first appointment with us, or if you have had a complete change of direction and wish to explore the showroom again, please book The Classic Experience to ensure you have the full 90 minutes of dedicated styling.

Once you have found your gown, the magic is in the details. Whether you are an official ACE bride or you found your dress elsewhere, our Styling Session is a focused appointment dedicated to perfecting your bridal vision. We will guide you through our treasure trove of accessories, from minimalist veils and dramatic lace to bespoke hairpieces and hand-picked jewellery.

We will make sure you and your guests are well looked after with a complimentary drink and our friendly, attentive service. This appointment is complimentary.

 

Please note: For insurance reasons, we are unable to have external dresses tried on in the boutique. If you found your gown elsewhere, you can try our pieces with your own outfit or one of our showroom dresses to envision the full bridal effect.

This permanent home for our ex-sample gowns offers over 100 designer dresses, ready to be taken home the same day.
